A little delayed in my post, but…our 2nd daughter, Lillian Justina, was born on 6/1/2010! Weighing in at 9lbs 2 oz and 20″ long. She is doing great as is her mommy and daddy.

Rosalyn Cecilia VanStrien is here!
At 9:31 pm on 7/12/08 our daughter was born!! Rosalyn Cecilia VanStrien came into this world as a challenge, but as a healthy beautiful little girl weighing in at 7lbs 7oz, and 19 inches long.
Mom had a difficult labor as it was decided to induce in the morning, and after that didn’t progress and after some unfavorable fetal heart beats, a c-section as performed instead. Mom is doing well recovering, with some soreness…but the “good stuff” helps with that!
We’ll very proud and happy parents and look forward to the road ahead!

We’d like to announce the next addition to the VanStrien family…this time from Kevin and Holly!! Coming July 2008…
Congratulations Holly!
Holly accepted a job from Gladiola Elementary (Wyoming Public Schools) to do some after school tutoring. It’s an official job and hopefully a nice foot in the door… 🙂 She will be doing this on Tues and Thurs, so she will still be able to sub MWF, and maybe Tues/Thurs if it is close by.
